The results of the recently conducted IPSOS were published at the #NextAdvertisersBreakfast that happened on July 8th. The breakfast was attended by a number of notable stakeholders in the media and advertisers fraternity as well as the various clients of Next Media Services

A few highlight points from the results include the following.

1. TV viewership is growing by 20% while print continues to drop. The Internet has grown by 27% in 2022
2. Half of Uganda’s population (24 million Ugandans) are active media consumers and have increased by 3 million since 2019.
3. TV consumption is mainly via traditional TV sets and mobile apps
